Here are a few images from our 3-week stay in Portland. This is a city which prides itself in being progressive and eco-friendly. The beauty of this city and proximity to beaches, mountains, and temperate weather, make this one of the nations fastest-growing cities. The high rate of homelessness is quickly evident and calls for attention the areas zoning laws which keep housing prices high and restrict alternative dwelling units. See my blog post for more.
